<What is Nagoya Stir-fried with Rice?>

 Nagoya Stir-fried with Rice (Eel bibimbap) is one of the most famous foods in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. It is said to have originated in Nagoya during the Meiji period (1868-1912), and now it is the best incense burner dish in Japan. It is a dish that is served in a wooden bowl called hittsu with finely chopped eel grilled well with charcoal on top of warm rice.

*This is the best eel in my life. The texture of Go Ok's eel is good to chew, not hard but not soft. It has a little bit more fat than other fish, making dishes more high-quality. The eel is caught in clean water or sea, the eel in clean water is more expensive than the other. 

 When you visit Go Ok, there is a guide on eating Eel bibimbap more deliciously. There are three steps. First, eat only eel bibimbap without any sauce. Second, eat it with sauces. Third, put green tea water. The third one was the best because the green tea water made me cleaner and tasty and green tea killed the oily. 

 Even Ebisu Premium Draft Beer was also amazing. It was really good. For me, it was better than Cass and Tera. It was cool and soft to swallow.
